If you live in the UK, every item you purchase on Bombinate will be shipped to you for free. We want to make shopping as easy and fun as possible, with a minimum of extra costs and logistics.

Shipping Confirmation

After passing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from [email protected]

Once a brand dispatches an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from [email protected] If you order from several brands, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per brand.

If you live outside the UK, shipping costs will vary depending on the brand and will be displayed at Checkout.

Returns for UK customers

How to return an item?

Returns are free for UK customers. You have 14 days upon delivery of an item to notify a return.

To notify a return, please send an email to [email protected] stating which item you would like to return and please kindly state the reason why you are returning the item.

Upon receipt of your email, we will email you a DHL label for you to arrange pick up at the location of your choice.

Exceptions

Made-to-Order items do not qualify for returns.

Returns for International customers

How to return an item?

You have 14 days upon delivery of an item to notify a return. To notify a return, please send an email to [email protected] stating which item you would like to return and please kindly state the reason why you are returning the item.

Upon receipt of your email, we will email you the brand address for you to dispatch the item.

Exceptions

Made-to-Order items do not qualify for returns.

Refunds

We will refund your order once the brand confirms receipt of the returned item. We will refund items if received by the brand in an unused state.

Exchanges

In order to exchange an item, please purchase a new product from our website and return the item you wish to exchange. Please read returns instructions to return the item. We will then refund the returned item.
