Woodendot's mission is simple: to promote the use of natural wood as a way to increase sustainability. Their processes are similarly conscious, using either recycled or renewable materials, while keeping transportation to a minimum.

As well as wood, Woodendot uses materials such as leather, natural fibres, recyclable metals and glass.

Most of Woodendot's raw materials come from local suppliers, supporting local development and traditional craftsmanship.

Woodendot collaborates with the One Tree Planted initiative as part of their commitment to sustainability and environmental causes. They also contribute to reforestation projects in Haiti.

Myfelt's modern production process ensures fair wages and fair working conditions for Nepalese craftspeople, and since 2014 they’ve partnered with GoodWeave – a worldwide fair trade association for the carpet industry. Years of research on spinning techniques and environmentally friendly dyeing methods are used to create myfelt felt ball rugs, as well as their table runners, place mats, coasters and seat pads.

myfelt has worked with GoodWeave since 2014, a worldwide fair trade association for the carpet industry. The organisation helps fight child labour, and works to reintegrate children from the carpet industry back into society. In order to receive GoodWeave certification, each GoodWeave-certified carpet is provided with a seal and a serial number, which ensures total transparency.
