Kosa Glass Jar
Order now to receive by 4 Oct - 8 Oct
The Kosa Glass Jar was inspired by the Indian ‘lotas’ used to hold water for drinking, washing or religious rituals – keeping its tapered shape, and updating it with contemporary geometric aspects. They're made in Firozabad in Uttar Pradesh, a town famous for its glass factories. And the lids are made out of Sheesham, an indigenous and sustainably-sourced hardwood, and cork to keep them airtight – perfect for food storage.
Indian-fusion isn't a term reserved for food. Bangalore and London-based Tiipoi combines the two cultures effortlessly, producing creative pieces for home that are designed with a purpose – be it eating, relaxing or styling.
